Another successful trip!

Bruce has become another familiar face on the ABS newsletter, this being his third hunt with us in two years, added to his first some 10 years ago. Of course having hunted so much in Africa his wish list is fairly short and difficult to attain with a bow. Bruce was also recovering from surgery and said he wasn’t as fit as he should be – but I doubt we have had a hunter for many years whose fitness could match that of Bruce. This time the quarry was Tsessebe which we hunted in Limpopo, and then on to the Free State for Copper, White and Black Springbuck. With these under his belt we headed for another area of the Highveld and took Common Reedbuck. His last trophy on this hunt was a successful walk and stalk bowhunt on a Mountain Reedbuck at 7000ft – test for anyone’s fitness. Congratulations buddy and don’t forget the big Roan and Sable waiting for you.
